I stress the wholeness of information design; that from whiteboard to wireframe, defining interaction behaviors, solid UX at every point of contact eliminates the guess work (not always the same as intuitive) and removes barriers that help users remain expert at meeting their own challenges, not requiring them to become masters of an awkward interface.
