Being a part of M-Line is very rewarding. I respect the family values instilled from the top down, and the trust I feel throughout the company is invaluable to me. Some of the best qualities you can find in a business professional include a solid work ethic, integrity, and being personable. I am proud to say I possess all of those qualities. I started my career path in packaging at Michigan State University when I enrolled in their School of Packaging program. I have held a number positions within the packaging field that include distribution, automatic equipment, quality programs, custom packaging and now sales management.My favorite part about being a sales manager is having a hand in helping the sales force develop, working to help company grow and succeed while encouraging self growth as well.
