    I was chosen to lead the launch and web marketing initiatives for MyFirmManager.com, a new SaaS product targeted to small law firms. I engaged a product team to help develop personas, a beta program, a registration process, and our customer acquisition strategy.We were successful in acquiring 1000+ public beta users within the first 60 days of the campaign launch, using digital marketing campaigns, SEO (keyword research, landing page optimization, A/B testing, bidding strategies), PPC, Google Content Network image ads, and email marketing. Our brand paid search campaigns achieved a CTR increase of 370% with email campaign CTR 6x above LexisNexis average. I developed our Paid Search landing page optimization (LPO) strategy utilizing LiveBall and Google Website Optimizer, and lead generation increased over 20%+ YoY from paid search due in part to LPO strategy. I also managed several champion/challenger test and learn scenarios that increased quality scores on Google and CTR. Web marketing campaigns became responsible for over 75% of new customer acquisitions. In the end, we were able to grown a new domain name and website with no search engine visibility to top rankings on multiple high value terms in first 90 days post beta.I also led project development, planning, and implementation for a re-deployment of a marketing site onto a new CMS platform as the first micro-site within the LexisNexis Business of Law Software Solutions division. This plan was repeated with five other company products.
