CurrentAfter six years as a state prosecutor and investigator, I founded a small white collar boutique, Dwyer & Collora, that, over thirty years, achieved wide-spread success in terms of client success and lawyer relations. By 2010, this firm had 25 lawyers that were engaged in the most complicated white collar matters in New England. In 2011, I decided to return to a smaller firm mode. This decision led to the formation of my current firm, Dwyer LLC.While my current firm is a smaller boutique, I have, as before, utilized all of the capabilities, experience, and relationships, developed and refined over decades, to create a white collar and commercial litigation powerhouse. Over the past five years, my new firm has achieved extraordinary results, including recently while successfully defending an individual involved in the largest pyramid scheme in United States history. My firm also has substantial civil litigation experience, particularly involving the Massachusetts Business Litigation Court – a court with which I played a significant role in the design and creation.I am interested in establishing potential business relationships with lawyers throughout North America and the European Union. While my primary interest is in those lawyers who practice in the white collar criminal defense area, I am also interested in conversing with lawyers who practice in the commercial litigation area. Over the past three years, I have had great success in utilizing LinkedIn to follow these initial connections.Former Boston Bar President (10,000 members) and titled by the Boston Globe as the "Master Fixer" in defending white collar targets of various federal investigations.
