Real estate and development - Having developed over 1500 acres of land, I thrive on the challenge of developing everything from agricultural land to urban regeneration spaces. I have developed and created my own commercial spaces including a 7500 sq ft mixed use facility in the UK. Media – I have toured the world over 10 times myself reaching the likes of Australia and Japan as well as working for numerous labels, PR companies, venues and festivals. Working through the many twists and turns of the creative industries provides my clients with a competitive edge. I have managed artists from their first shows all the way through to front page features. Energy – What I love about energy and its regulation is that it is a continuously evolving area of practice. I am well versed in a variety of technologies, from development and refinance matters to operation and maintenance. I have developed and connected my own energy projects including a 38 megawatt site in the UK. Commercial - Inhouse solicitors often work on the front line, dealing with everything from service level agreements and consumer regulations to franchise and joint venture agreements.
