As Chairman of these groups I manage the invitation and selection of members of different industries and backgrounds interested in growth, lead monthly meetings with best practice speakers, and create a confidential environment where peer members bring their opportunities and challenges for growth to the peer group and then engage them in a cycle of learning, sharing, applying and achieving. In addition I provide one-on-one coaching to chief and senior executives looking to lead the growth of their business, become better leaders, make better decisions and achieve better results.
