Day-to-day responsibilities include managing large and small customer accounts using a variety of software such as Sage 200, Outlook and other Microsoft Office. In order to ensure customers receive stock on time in full, a high level of detail is critical to meeting customer demands. The role consists of a ‘jack of all trades’ approach involving sales, admin, logistics, procurement skills among others. I report to the office manager as well as account managers while working independently and directly with customers, their clients and contract bottlers. I have participated in multiple courses and visits to suppliers in Europe during my time.
