I am a seasoned Operations Leader and Strategist. As Operations Director for Meaningful NY, I created several successful businesses designed to create opportunities for individuals with intellectual, developmental and emotional disabilities. We currently employ 265 individuals disabled and non-disabled. The business is estimated to exceed 2 million in sales this year.During my tenure at Raymour and Flanigan I was responsible for turnaround of a failing call center and warehouse operation. Through re-organization of tasks and implementation of a routing system for on road technicians the operation went from last in the company to top 3. I have had many opportunities in my career- Operations, Sales and Call Center leadership. I am able to manage multi-disciplinary projects and navigate complex challenges. My experience has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following:- Your customer is the most valuable asset you have.- I am a multi linguist of Customer Service and Sales. I speak fluent geek, sales person, trainer, difficult client. Understanding and listening means fewer mistakes, and mistakes cost a fortune.- I don’t care who gets credit.
