Train and supervise local crew on presentation laptops networked with speaker-ready rooms and KVM stage control, live lower-third ID’s for Q&A sessions linked to registration databases and web feed from plenary session to exhibit floor overflow theatre.

• Plan equipment, create production workflow and operate video switch for live virtual events. Initiate and monitor live web streams to and from event venues using hardware and software-based encoders such as Matrox Monarch, Epiphan Pearl, and Wirecast over streaming platforms such as Vimeo Livestream, Bluejeans, and Cisco Lifesize. Events include Association of Program Directors for Vascular Surgery Annual Meeting with 34 presenters organized into four panels and a business meeting over a 7-hour period for an audience of 250 members.• Direct cameras and switch video for global webcast of Akamai Quarterly All-Hands meetings. Design look of web feed for each meeting repeated three times in 24 hrs. to accommodate different geographic areas and involve stage presentations by Akamai executive team, live demos of new hardware and software products, web feeds from four international satellite offices in each region and web delivery to conference rooms and desktops throughout the enterprise.
