CurrentJP Morgan Mansart Management Japan Co Ltd• Manage 1 bio USD in AUM and reach revenue contribution of over 20 mio USD for the group in 2 years. • Build an asset management entity for the Corporate and Investment Banking division to internalize revenues by streamlining product development, cross-asset selling, and asset management functions through offering private placement funds to Qualified Institutional Investors (QII) • Liaise with other CEOs of group companies in Japan to break silos, develop synergies, and avoid cannibalization; e.g. deliver non-flow fees for Equities, Credit and Macro trading desks in Markets • Chair BoD meetings and major Committees (e.g. Management, Investment, Risk) to maintain a corporate governance framework in compliance with rules, regulations, and policies by working closely with all 3 lines of defense to grow the business in a risk-controlled manner • Formulate a business plan for the entity, establish, negotiate, and execute the plan against budgets; report to the Mansart Global CEO, BoD and shareholder regularly• Establish workflows and procedures across front, middle, and back offices and with external stakeholders such as trustees, brokers and system vendors across Japan and London
