By recruiting, incenting, and equipping a representative sample of U.S. consumers with handheld scanning technology, NCP provides the highest quality, actionable consumer data to support the needs of both IRi and Nielsen. This consumer data is the raw material that powers the insights and solutions that IRi and Nielsen individually delivers to their respective clients. As Senior Communications Manager, my role is to oversee an international team that manages the various facets of communication to our panelists, including email, push/text notifications, social media engagement, print etc. I am well versed in a number of e-marketing systems including Lyris/Email Labs, Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Exact Target and others. I am well versed in push and text messaging systems such as Airship and Simpletexting. I have extensive knowledge of Hootsuite in order to manage and monitor our company’s social media platforms. And my expertise in Photoshop allows for me to design eye-catching images to include in our various communications.I provide the "voice" for our company through PR and news updates on our corporate website, powered via WordPress.
