Working for JFD national hyperbaric facility, purchasing and expediting for diving and testing projects/ PHRF/LSP/ facility and general maintenance for hyperbaric chambers. Duties include all aspects of logistics co-ordinating/ store duties within the NHC facility with my main focus being purchasing.Involment with unique Emergency Response framework agreements, vendor KPI's for general and ER services. Daily use of mps(Golovia 2) system to raise purchase orders, monitor vendor performance, creating financial/stock reports (conversions to excel documents) for off site line manager and project managers on/off site. Project and preparing for future works and guarantee lead times do not disrupt projects or works being planned.Assisting accounts payable department on invoice queries/payment problems, working closely with vendors in all aspects of procurement (supply/payment/deliverable). I have recently started CIPS level 4 qualification to gain further experience and knowledge within the procurement industry.
