I am devoted to driving impact, and I have purposefully chosen my work experiences to follow this mission. As a result, I work for NovaVen; a small start-up consultancy where I have the opportunity to consistently deliver innovative solutions that create meaningful impact for our clients and their stakeholders. The variable nature of start-up consulting has allowed me to gain exposure to a wide breadth of different industries as well as hone an incredibly well-rounded set of skills. Prior to EdgeCollab, I worked at Camp Wenonah for five years in various leadership positions in order to promote positive change in the world around me. To become a leader in this space, I needed to be able to have a quick understanding of others, an ability to view any situation from multiple perspectives, and a deep knowledge of people and their needs while never losing sight of the strategic mission of the organization. Through these roles I refined my interpersonal and individualization skills by using empathy as part of my critical thinking toolkit, making me an excellent team member, communicator, and leader.
