Responsible for the creation of Pluck's Insights product, a reporting and insight-surfacing tool for Pluck's array of customers. Specified requirements for Pluck’s first cross-customer relational database and drove the build out of dozens of new reports for business and customer intelligence. Collaborated with UI, Dev, and QA to optimize product. Primary liaison for Insights Beta versions in preparation for each upcoming GA release. Created Insights product roadmap. Pluck was acquired by Sprinklr in 2015.• Specified the purpose, look, and feel of given reports through docs, wireframes, and mocks. • Create product marketing materials and worked as sales support to help gain key customers • Winning team (3 members) for Demand Media’s first ever Hackathon with “Plucked Products” building Pluck’s review widget of top products into eHow’s ad space.

Provided data solutions to internal executive team and end users, as well as clients. Determined database schema issues and necessary changes. Created data visualization improvements for programmer implementation. Enhanced end-user options by driving BI tool changes. Drove initiatives and changes based on consumer-based data. Offered analysis and authored monthly PULSE report summarizing market trends, growth, and outlook. Created 400+ page Best Partners report sent to Astec’s largest clients, detailing potential customers.
