• Lead strategic development and backlog management of VITAS consumer-facing digital properties (mobile app & website), includes managing agency relationships and supporting software integrations, namely: invoca, Microsoft Dynamics, Sitecore, and the Google suite.• Provide continued guidance to leadership managing product roadmaps setting priorities according to a proper balance of researched consumer desires and current business needs.• Manage cross-functional team of developers, UX designers and data analysts constantly investigating opportunities for improvement of our digital products leveraging design thinking methodologies supported by digital platforms such as usertesting.com • Plan product releases with internal stakeholders; leadership, legal, marketing, and finance departments. • Lead marketing attribution / ROAS discussions rooted in data mined from invoca, google, and the Dynamics CRM.• Launched a multiple-award winning website redesign (vitas.com), leading the project from initial pitch, securing financing, creating user journeys, design reviews, through site launch and ongoing marketing efforts.• Lead the redesign of our mobile sales enablement app which has realized a 10x profit YoY, won a coveted MUX award in 2019 along with several other healthcare industry specific awards.• Founded the VITAS UX Center of Excellence whose mission is to lead digital transformation by putting consumers needs first while comparing our offerings to competitors in the market.
