Responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of applicants to The Governor’s Institutes of Vermont, a non-profit program that provides prestigious, fun, accelerated learning residencies on college campuses for highly-motivated Vermont teenagers. Developed and maintained human resources within identified groups (students, guidance counselors, teachers, etc.) throughout the state using personal contact, subject-area associations (Teachers of Science, Vermont Music Educator’s Association, etc.), social media, school personnel (administrators, teachers, guidance counselors), parents and social service agencies. Researched and utilized most beneficial and cost effective means to publicize the GIV mission. Cooperatively created marketing messages and materials for recruitment and fundraising.
