The Retirement Plans Strategic Execution Team outlines the objectives of the Retirement Plans strategy, leads the creation and coordination of the road map of sequential key priorities, responsibilities and accountabilities needed to achieve those objectives, as well as reports out on the progress of the strategy to the organization.

Led teams in all aspects of business project management including workplan development, risk identification and mitigation, budget management, communication management, and status reporting. Directed joint Air Force and Navy 24/7/365 watch center supporting operations in European, Central, and African Commands.• Led 25-person team through multiple contingency operations; wrote annual performance evaluations, managed discipline issues per Air Force policy & adhered to strict budget guidelines; team successfully monitored & disseminated over 11k intelligence reports with 96% accuracy rate, increase of 6% over previous reporting periods. • Led 13-person team to successfully fly 62 combat missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom; provided over 400 hours of signals intelligence support; enabled over 1,000 reports to Coalition Forces. • Earned Six Sigma Green Belt through Villanova University; utilized concepts to identify shortfall in intelligence program; enabled unit to identify/analyze 2,893 missing files; cleared backlog and increased production 352%.

Led 3-person team providing vital intelligence to 40 combat ready F-15C aircrew executing North American Aerospace Defense (NORAD) and Pacific Command taskings.
