Supervise and promote team atmosphere while protecting the assets of the organization.

• Provides professional training preparation support. Conducts training audits and provides formal feedback about training progress to team members on a regular basis.
• Co-facilitates the training of Team Members using the approved modules.
• Coordinates the scheduling of all Table Games Team Members for designated modules with the Assistant Manager.
• Based on direct feedback from department supervisors and managers, recommends training refreshers to Director of Table Games.
• Regularly confers with Director of Table Games to review achievements and to discuss needed changes in goals, objectives and/or department direction resulting from current or projected future status or conditions.
• Develops and participates in special projects and completes other duties as requested or assigned.

Pre-opening installation, preparation, and troubleshooting of Slot Machines and their components.

Training of table games and slots to upper management personnel, DGE, FBI, Tribal officials, surveillance officers, Dealers local, National, and International also author of numerous training manuals, curriculums, and syllabuses for Casino Career Institute.
