Prior to that he worked in sales and sales management for a pharmaceutical distribution center. He is currently the Chief Sales Officer for TCM/BCS, an executive search and career management firm located in Overland Park. Over the years, he has worked one on one with over 5,000 professionals and executives to help them find their ideal career position in various industries throughout the country. Tony has also worked directly with business owners in mergers and acquisitions as well as direct business purchases. He has experience in executive compensation negotiations, including stock and stock options.
