Prepare campus communications, correspondence, forms, manuals, reports, purchase orders, and payment authorizations following district standards and requirements. Maintain daily teacher attendance logs and records for substitute teachers. Maintain school calendar of events. Maintain student records. Receive incoming calls, take messages, route to appropriate staff. Assist teachers, students, and parents as needed. Schedule meeting and appointments and maintain calendar for principal. Prepare and make cash deposits for activity account(s). Assist with campus budget. Prepare and process purchase orders. Planning, preparation, and setup of faculty meetings and campus activities, Sort, distribute, or deliver mail and other documents. Maintain confidentiality. Monitor the work of campus secretaries and clerical aides.
