Hazelwood School District's Assistant Principal since July 2023, I have been leading the academic and operational aspects of a diverse and inclusive school community. With an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from Maryville University of Saint Louis, I have a strong background in curriculum design, assessment, and evaluation, as well as mentoring, coaching, and professional development.I have 15+ years of teaching and leadership experience in various educational settings, and I am passionate about enhancing the learning outcomes and well-being of students, teachers, and staff. I am skilled in literacy, classroom management, lesson planning, educational technology, and teaching writing, and I have contributed to multiple projects and initiatives that improved the academic performance and engagement of students and faculty. I am also committed to fostering a positive and collaborative school culture, where diversity, equity, and inclusion are valued and respected.
