I focus on bringing clarity to the likes, wants and needs of the people I work with to enable them to make good decisions about their career direction and actively grow in their working lives. As a qualified Systemic Team Coach, I work with teams to fully understand their critical relationships and how they impact their world, within the team and their stakeholders. I work with teams when they are working together and on behalf of the team with their critical stakeholders.I also support organisations in making selection decisions as part of their recruitment process through assessment and ability testing and supporting the interview process.
