• Leading and Supporting the Repertoire Data team, to ingest, assess and improve incoming music metadata delivered by rightsholders, including recording data (e.g. P Dates, Country of Recording), performer line-up data.
• Assessing deadlines and available team resource to ensure it is being utilised in the most necessary areas.
• Working alongside Member Services to feed back to rightsholders on data quality issues to support continued improvement of data standards.

• Leading a team of Schedule & Operations Execs ensuring the Sky EPG (TV guide) metadata remains accurate, of high quality, and meets technical requirements & regulatory/in-house policy standards across 700 channels on.
• Supporting both Sky and broadcaster initiated projects and innovations (e.g. conditional access changes, on-boarding of brand new broadcasters), EPG software developments
• Analysing future in-house system efficiencies through automation and working practice changes.
• Supporting team when escalating scheduling & operational issues to broadcasters, aiding with customer issue investigations and conducting high-profile broadcaster review meetings.
• Creation & management of compliance documentation, including recommending updates to guidelines/procedures.
• Encouraging broadcasters to identify, prepare for and action contingency planning for live events.

Osterley

• Checking the editorial and technical accuracy of TV & radio EPG schedules on over 50 channels within given timescales, resolving any issues found prior to transmission, ensuing schedules conform to Sky and OfCom.
• Support last minute changes on Sky channels to ensure the EPG displays accurate schedule information at all times.
• Plan for major live events to ensure that contingency schedules and processes are in place.
• React quickly and efficiently to last minute schedule changes due to emergency situations e.g. obituary, breaking news.
• Investigation of incoming enquiries and complaints received via Viewer Relations department and customer forums.Key Achievements:
• Launched a number of new channels onto the Sky platform, guiding broadcasters through technical set-up, ensuring sufficient EPG schedule supply and accuracy ahead of launch.
