* 1st and 2nd line customer support for any user issues relating to hardware and software* Try to maintain a high first time hit rate* Escalate issues I could not resolve to relevant team* Take ownership of all calls I take, chasing up other teams for updates* Keep users up to date with all Incidents* Monitor logging system for any new calls coming in, also keep older incidents update with regular and relevant updates* Set up new hardware for new starters including Laptops and Blackberry’s* Set up New starts with correct software and group access in Active Directory* Train users on Software* Give clear instructions to users over the phone on restarting hardware equipment if needed

* Front-line customer support for customers experiencing problems with hardware, software & telephone systems* Resolved problems immediately over the phone where possible or escalated incidents accordingly* Set up and support Clients using Citrix* Customer liaison for other departments regarding solutions to their problem* Trained Customers on new web based products* Setup and support Lotus Notes software* Keep the Companies Intranet updated* Set-up computers for new users with the relevant software* Over-see projects and set ups for new sites* Provided quality customer service with a polite and confident telephone manner* Liaise with potential Clients to see how their system would be best set up* Performed daily backups of the companies data
