技术团队组建：负责从0搭建整个技术研发团队，组建成一个包含产品，研发，测试，运维到28人的团队，目前支撑整个集团电商平台的研发工作，并参与到集团信息化建设过程中，研发了多个服务集团内部公司的业务系统。研发团队管理：规范整体产品的研发过程，结合敏捷开发的模式进行产品的迭代开发；引导团队使用OKR的方式制定阶段性的目标，并监督目标达成。建立研发团队的能力评定标准和依据，结合OKR对团队成员进行周期性评分。电商平台产品规划：根据公司的业务规划电商相关系统的产品方向和产品线路，建立电商业务系统的整体的产品架构，根据业务逐步完善电商系统中的各产品环节，促进业务的发展和成长。

The project is an iOS VOIP application. I'm in charge of the overall architecture, key technology selection and some server side components design. Also worked on server side implementation and integration between client and server.

Rinkya is a middle-man service helping foreigners and non-Japanese speaking clients to bid on Yahoo Japan Auctions and order from Japanese on-line shops.Responsible for developing and maintaining New MyRinkya (http://www.rinkya.com/new/) and Rinkya Store (http://stores.rinkya.com)

Alkheme Limited is a start-up company building a Web 2.0 e-commerce platform.Responsible to build a web-based application for the planning, monitoring, and controlling of the manufacturing processes for high-variety, made-to-order products; building, tracking and reports. The main features include: custom search of orders. item/order manufacturing step tracking, issue tracking, user management and reports.

Software Engineer in CDMS team at VCPBU of Cisco System. My work includes providing support for the product across different releases, bug fixing and new feature enhancement.Besides, I got the chance to join a proof-of-concept project, the purpose of which is to extend current product with new technology - XMPP. After quick learning the XMPP, we successfully made a demo based on XMPP as messaging protocol and flex chart as front-end.
