Tony is a senior executive with extensive experience in executive management, investments, architecture, real estate development, finance, strategic development, and operational leadership. He has broad experience in commercial, retail, residential, and multi-family real estate development, along with private equity investments, equipment lease debt funding, commercial loans, lines of credit, mezzanine financing, and business equity investments.He has previously held management positions as the Founder, President & CEO of SOHO DEVELOPMENT LLC for over sixteen (16) years, where he was responsible for all executive management, real estate development, strategic development, financial, and operational management of the company. The company developed the Soho Lofts & Soho Retail Center, which transformed an East Village neighborhood in the Midwest. SOHO CAPITAL FUNDING LLC is now also an investment arm for private investment.Tony is currently the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Cornerstone Property Services, Inc, providing oversight for all company investments for this private investment company for the past six (6) years. Tony also served as a Vice President at ING Group, and began his career as an Architect & Project Manager of over 150 architecture & development projects across the span of 10 years in New York City, including high-rise projects in Midtown Manhattan and large airport projects with the Port Authority of NY & NJ. Tony completed his Post Graduate education in Real Estate and Investment Analysis at New York University and received a Bachelor of Architecture degree at the University of Arkansas where he also played D-1 college baseball as a freshman.Tony also attended Concord Law School at Purdue University Global, and has received a Certificate in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School Online. He is a Licensed Architect in New York, and has a California Lender's License (Company Individual Control Authorization).Tony is a published author and lives in Southern California with his wife and four children.
