I guide them through the full transition process, from project kickoff to handover to our internal customer success team.Specifically, I offer advice and guidance on best practices for transitioning from paper-based or other electronic formats into Nourish. I provide a detailed "roadmap" to ensure accurate and defensible record-keeping, as well as strategies to leverage the system for evidence-based quality of care. I also advise on how to extrapolate system data for reporting to internal quality teams and external regulators.

Drawing on my extensive 25 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, I successfully improved efficiency, reduced overall budget expenditure, and expanded the utilisation of our services. Employed as a Development Officer to further enhance the reach of the charity and increase membership and services provided. The Society is very small and has never employed a person in any paid capacity so I was somewhat of a trailblazer for them. My role was to develop the services the charity delivered, increase the membership (which was free!), work closely with the Local Authority & the Hospital Eye Clinic and develop our income to allow us to continue to sustain our work and develop it further. I created the charity's first equipment& technology demonstration service which allowed visually impaired people to try different types of aids and equipment to decide which would be the most appropriate for the, following diagnosis.
