In addition to being a Store Manager for our Village Green T-Mobile location, I am also responsible for the new hire on-boarding of our 4 Florida Treasure Coast Locations. This process consists of a 3 week virtual training as well as on the floor activities to prep the Mobile Associate for the T-Mobile daily expectations. I am also responsible to make sure that our current Treasure Coast team is keeping up with our required monthly T-Mobile trainings.

Overseeing 9 Costco Wireless Kiosks inside the New York City and Long Island District. Responsible at one time for 22 Kiosk and 100 associates. We represented all 4 major Wireless carriers as well as Direct-TV.
