In a newly created position, I have joined AMG Super to develop our product offering, strengthen our relationship with leading brokers and financial planners, and identify strategic opportunities to grow our business.

As Client Partnership Manager, I maintain the strategic partnership between AAS and one of Queensland's largest and most dynamic industry super funds. The position allows me the ability to introduce new initiatives, both strategic and technical that have been developed by AAS to the Client, contract negotiations, budgeting and forecasting, risk and compliance management and require a strong understanding of the law and implement any changes as these laws pass.I manage a team of three staff directly, but represent the Client across all facets of the business, to some 4,500 Employees across Australia.Responsibilities:• Manage product changes (e.g. insurance arrangements, investment options etc)• Provide solutions to complex and varying client needs and issues management• Monitor service level performance and business rule adherence and actively raise and facilitate action plans to resolve non adherence• Ensure business rule change are embedded in all business areas• Ensuring compliance with government regulations are identified and work with funds to implement appropriate changes• Client billing and management of revenue• Attendance at board meetings and preparation of board papers• Co-ordinating audits and respond to audit findings (APRA reviews and annual audits)

I am the AAS representative to one of Queensland's largest superannuation funds, providing project management for administration, marketing, legal, compliance and technical requirements.
