Senior Strategic Account Manager
CurrentOver $200,000,000.00 in sales As a Senior Strategic Account Manager I develop and communicate vision and expectation levels to unit members. My strategy is reliant upon the strategic direction of corporate vision and company goals. I am tasked to empower, select, coach and retain qualified staff that contributes to unit and company goals. On a group scale, I integrate different team functions and ensure the highest quality performance through feedback and training and development. Coordinating with other managers and directors, I report and integrate policies and objectives.• Achieves assigned BU goal• Communicates effectively with Rave personnel and executive management.• Establish and maintain a product line that supports the Business Unit (BU) o Identify and communicate potential opportunities for future products and services • Develop and implement strategic and tactical business plan that will create year after year growth of the BU o Establish objectives for members of my BU to improve productivity, increased revenues and to maximize profitability. o Identify areas that require employee training and development. Mentor constantly. o Identify prospects for new or replacement business and probe customers to determine their business needs. o Monitor sales opportunities to mitigate potential risks and / or to enhance positioning. o Understand customer expectations and how they are met, or missed, by our competition.• Work with Rave’s Marketing Department to position Rave products and solutions, including content creation, attending events, and other product positioning initiatives.• Track and report sale activities. o Current opportunities and future sales forecasts o Lost sales and reasons o Share ideas/thoughts on what the company can do to better support our efforts.• Meet and exceed company sales and margin expectations o Set team expectations performance goals accordingly
