Solving Problems and Helping People are things that energize me. In my current position I'm able to leverage these skills every day as I help Independent Insurance Agencies navigate the lengthy process to implement the number one Agency Management System, Applied Epic. My days consist of calls with variety of agencies across the US and Canada, and splitting time as a Project Manager and Data Analyst. Each day brings new challenges and new opportunities to get that 1% better, which is just the way I like it.My career started with 9 years of Customer Service working for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and State Farm Insurance. I worked in the IT Industry from 2012 to 2023, the first 6 years as a Support Engineer, then in 2019 I transitioned into Performance and Development. I worked with each new employee, as well as provided as-needed training content for the rest of the organization. I've trained everything from Customer Service to IT Skills including (but not limited to) Networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and other desktop and cloud technologies.I excel at big-picture vision and planning. My proudest accomplishment has been creating a program to hire individuals with zero IT background and experience and take them through a seven week course to prepare them to be an entry level IT Professional. I also have a talent for taking complex ideas and concepts and being able to explain them in an accessible way.
