Responsible for recruiting, growing, and developing Datto Partners globally, in order to drive net new opportunities which result in revenue. Working closely with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to ensure our partners are utilizing the resources available to grow their Datto business. Primary Responsibilities: - Oversee Global Datto Marketing Development Fund Program - Evangelize the Datto family of products at various Industry and End User events - Nurture and further develop relationships with current partners - Ensure partners globally are aware of all sales and marketing resources available to them - Educate partners on how to effectively present Datto solutions to their prospects and current customers - Plan, recruit and execute end-user events with partners - Help partners develop opportunities with existing customers and new prospects - Own and drive relationship with Product and Partner Management team to ensure alignment - Prepare and present a quarterly business territory plan, including but not limited to; industry event and roadshow execution, alongside the Channel Engagement team

As the Strategies and Initiatives Manager, Eric's primary responsibility was the direct planning and implementation of internal company projects and strategic initiatives. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of the team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. From needs assessment to the delivery of the solution, the completed projects are delivered in coordination with company commitments and goals mind, while ensuring consistency. Responsibilities include:• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, leading the planning and implementation of internal projects and intiatives• Establish and manage an effective project team to achieve project deliverables• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables for team members and management• Define project tasks and resource requirements • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and management in a timely and clear fashion • Research and implement Internal Systems audits• Assist in managing the project budget • Plan and schedule project timelines • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel

As the Business Development Coordinator, Eric's primary responsibility was to generate new business for River Run. This is done in a variety of ways, everything from designing and implementing new marketing campaigns, hosting seminars and attending trade shows. Eric also wrote a monthly newsletter we call our Tech Flash, which includes information on the latest technologies available and virus/malware alerts as well as a host of other tips and secrets that help make all of our work seem a little easier to manage. New business was also generated by participating in organizations such as the MMAC & MBA as well as various Chamber of Commerce organizations.

Responsibilities included the day to day sales aspects of the printing industry and generating new business.
