Served as Production Manager, responsible for coordination and fusion of multi-INT analysis into full spectrum GEOINT products, providing timely and accurate reporting on adversarial and noteworthy activity across the SOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility. I applied subject matter expertise in geospatial and imagery analysis to provide critical intelligence and train a team of joint service members on advanced and emerging technologies, supporting improved analysis and expedited production. This expertise has also led to me being selected above peers and seniors, on short notice, to serve as Acting Branch Chief for 12 weeks. Additionally, I served as NGA Support Team representative to the NSG for pathfinder capabilities, and in this role supported the integration of new technologies into existing workflows, which were used to provide better feedback to our customers.

Served as NCOIC for the 501st MI Brigade Integrated GEOINT Division Moving Target Indicator (MTI) cell, overseeing 24/7 real-world ISR operation and 14 servicemembers. My actions demonstrated the utility of MTI and for the first time, the MTI cell was tasked to provide both short- and long-term assessments of adversarial activity and deliver daily updates to the United States Forces Korea J2. Additionally, I developed 40-hour and 120-hour training pipelines for new MTI analysts and was selected to directly train GEOINT analysts from other units including 2D INF DIV, 8th Army HQ, and 3rd Marine Expeditionary Force, and 7th Air Force senior leadership, shaping the way MTI was collected and analyzed in the Republic of Korea.

Utilized communications intelligence methodologies and workflows to identify, collect, analyze, and disseminate foreign language intelligence, providing timely, accurate translations and identifying communications patterns. I routinely built partnerships with offices both inside the NSA and other partner agencies to ensure all reporting was complete and accurate. I also served as Mission Auditor, verifying the legal compliance of all targets and queries and quality controlling the translation, and reporting of other analysts.

Hand-picked to train and lead a team of service members and civilians across multiple intelligence domains. Directed analytic workflow to answer Requests for Information on National SIGINT Priority Level 1 targets and coordinated directly with the customer to ensure all needs were met. My sophisticated understandings of technologies and methodologies resulted in being tasked to provide analytic judgement and decisions to senior-level leadership within the Agency, as well as conducting briefings with inter-agency Intelligence Community partners to collaborate and develop new courses of action, facilitating more comprehensive, accurate collection.
