• Partner with Business Leaders to collaborate talent activities that align to business strategy while leading a team of three talent managers supporting a business unit of over 3,000 practitioners. • Develop, led change, and implement talent priorities to include workforce planning solutions, employee engagement and coaching programs, creation of competency/talent models, interpretation of data analytics to increase organizational effectiveness, mitigate employee relations challenges, facilitate leadership development programs and partner with Acquisition and Talent Center of Excellence teams to achieve business objectives. • Championed and executed leadership performance and succession planning for 600+ leaders strategically focusing on identifying leadership gaps to accelerate leadership development and sustain business growth.• Led a transformative performance management strategy that enhanced the talent experience for over 1,100 practitioners yielding positive outcomes, including heightened transparency, impactful coaching, measurable pay-for-performance, targeted DE&I goals, enriched upward feedback, and focused professional development programs. • Oversee an $18 million-dollar compensation budget and spearhead a comprehensive total rewards strategy encompassing market analysis, pay equity initiatives, a dynamic variable pay philosophy, and strategically aligned salary structure to enhance acquisition and retention of employees.
