Play a key role in supporting the Directorate and Divisions to ensure that the organisations s governance framework is delivered.I provide support and advice on the reporting and management of incidents and risks across the services.I co-ordinate the investigation of incidents, facilitate investigation reports and support colleagues within the services. Also I co-ordinate and facilitate investigations chaired by external stakeholders ensuring information governance procedures are adhered to. I have a key role in ensuring that actions arising from incident investigations are completed in a timely manner and that learning is identified and shared across the relevant areas as appropriate.I analyse and interrogate incident reports to ensure that incidents are reported, graded and investigated appropriately.I analyse a range of service and Organisation wide databases, to extract relevant information as required by the services. I continue develop and utilise IT skills to manipulate data and produce evaluation and monitoring reportsI disseminate national safety alerts and clinical guidelines across the services and collate responses and to escalate any areas of non-compliance.• To develop and maintain relevant databases to ensure accurate, timely and effective information.I am an interface between the Corporate Governance team and the service teams.I produce monthly reports for the Directorate on all quality and governance performance.I provide and deliver staff training on the reporting and administration of incidents across the Directorate.I deputise for the Governance and Quality Service Manager as required
