I moved to a full-time Human Resource (HR) role to assume HR duties from our CEO and partner to develop an in-house employee resource. Together we moved forward with employee-led culture and impressive benefits package to 200+ members.We phased out our HR outsourcing group (TriNet) and integrated a new in-house HR Department (me), eventually agreeing on an HR Vice President role to lead a robust team inclusive of employee recruiting. Together we developed, tested, and trained for company rollout of an HRIS tool, Workday.Among my achievements were providing customer service to over 200 members and coaching to junior managers on all employee concerns. Content creation for the 1st edition employee handbook, authored and published online external/internal HR sites for centralized information, preparation for becoming a publicly traded company, and hiring remote offices including internationally. Teamed with Recruiting after candidate selection to deliver job offer agreements, stock grants, independent contractor agreements and all on-boarding for team members of US and International teams.
