Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Early Childhood Education Center licensed for 156 children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Responsibilities include managing a teaching staff of 23 employees. Ensure that classrooms are meeting all state licensing requirements and the high standards of NAEYC, development of curriculum; preparing and presenting trainings on a variety of topics to meet their annual training requirements. Other responsibilities include: maintaining the school website, preparing monthly newsletters, provide resources and support to parents, promote the program through open house events, assisting with budget development, adherence and financial reporting.

Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Early Childhood Education Center licensed for 174 children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Responsibilities include: Managing a teaching staff of 32 employees, development of curriculum; hiring, training, and development of faculty. Other responsibilities include: introducing new parents to the program, maintaining children and staff files; ensuring all licensing and quality assurance standards are met.

Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the school, which include: Managing a teaching staff of 27 to 30 employees, development of curriculum; hiring, training, and development of faculty.

Responsibilities included: preparing and presenting lessons aimed at four and five year olds with different educational needs; maintaining a safe healthy environment conducive to learning; striving to achieve 100% on the bi-annual quality assurance and state licensing inspections.
