Director of Quality and Clinical Reimbursement. I consider myself a servant leader, as we all have something to learn from each other. I provide consultation to all MDS Coordinators, DONs, DORs, Administration, and other IDT members on the RAI process, reimbursement systems and quality improvement programs. I provide education to all teams, including specifics for all payer sources, state and federal quality programs, compliance and reimbursement opportunities. I work closely with state case mix auditors, and also perform extensive internal auditing. I help teams create action plans to achieve the best possible resident outcomes. I strongly believe that optimal quality care is only attainable if all staff, regardless of position, feel like they are an invaluable part the care team. Empowerment and team work achieved through education and training are absolutely essential to successful post-acute care outcomes!
