About Tracey Wright
At the age of 17, I left school and started work in the record industry as an office junior. Over the years I worked my way up through various roles in the company to become Head of Video Licensing for the UK and Europe. It was a great achievement and certainly where I became hooked on processes and systems loving finding out how things worked.My three passions are people, process and systems, and using data to join the dots in order to get the best out of all three. Throughout my time at a private investment company it was my job to know and communicate everything that was going on. And I remain fascinated to this day, applying a robust commercial acumen to transform company cultures and operations.I view it as a puzzle, combining all the pieces to build the business foundation. It helps that I excel when it comes to people management - from factory teams to the C-suite, I can communicate easily and concisely. I am a realist, practical, and always ready to roll my sleeves up to meet a challenge. Additionally I pick up new skills quickly and easily, turning my hand to pretty much anything that is thrown at me. I am constantly striving for excellence and would love to see what I could do for you and your organisation.
