My role was to provide mobile device management, administrative support and procure mobile devices and IT equipment for the Head Offices and throughout the 600+ branch network (UK & worldwide). Key responsibilities;• Procurement of approximately 100+ mobile devices and over £1k worth of IT equipment per week for the business• Management/support of approximately 5k mobile devices within the business• Raising large volumes of Expenditure Requisitions of up to £1m• Asset management/stock control of mobile devices and IT equipment• Dealing with extremely high volumes of emails/telephone calls from suppliers/staff/clientsOther Duties;• Planning/implementing processes for all roles within the department• Accounting duties - Processing/coding of high cost/large volume invoices onto invoicing system, compiling invoice breakdowns, carrying out company recharges, checking statement of accounts, querying incorrect charges/discrepancies and chasing payments• Liaising with suppliers for quotations• Ceasing of supplier contracts• Updating/retrieval/inputting of information on various databases (Inc. Access)• Compiling monthly reports for higher management• Organising/attending weekly internal and external client, PDR and one to one meetings• Staff training• Receiving/sending of deliveries/post• Carrying out weekly cost saving exercises
