I am employed as a Projects Manager with Document Network Services, a reseller of multi-functional devices, software solutions and IT provider. I have many years service and consider myself to be a consummate professional with extensive experience within the industry. My previous position as Administration and Accounts Manager included setting up systems and processes to aid the smooth running of the business, and contribute to its success. An important part of this role was to ensure accuracy in collating data for the purpose of invoicing, and prompt debt collection to improve cashflow. With this in mind I have developed and implemented the Access database and direct debit systems. For all the procedures I have introduced I have created a step by step guide for all users to follow and have trained accordingly. I feel this is where I show flair and commitment to improving the efficiency of the team, hence my move into new projects.I am currently responsible for implementing the new database for meter collection and billing, together with improving our current Microsoft CRM system... to name but a few.I am proficient in using all Microsoft packages, Sage line 50 and on-line direct debit collection.Finally, I'm tenacious and like to see a project through to the end, and enjoy helping people get the most from our systems and processes.
