Associate Governmental Program Analyst
CurrentFunctions as primary recruiter for Agency-wide classifications. Responsible for creating a recruitment plan/calendar and ensuring quality and accuracy of various multi-media advertising campaigns, recruitment initiatives, conferences, and career fairs. Create job postings for internal recruitment website and external career sites. Coordinates recruitment efforts with programs, subject matter experts, and human resources to enhance recruitment effectiveness. Posts openings in various advertisement venues, with diverse professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues. Acts as a subject matter generalist for Chancellors Office and hiring managers to ensure standardized recruitment procedures are followed. Provides consultation, guidance, status reports, maintains databases, compiles data; and develop reports, graphs, and/or charts to demonstrate recruitment/retention efforts and present to human resources leadership. Maintains a thorough working knowledge of California Community Colleges Chancellors Office (CCCCO) classifications, job specifications, pay scales, minimum qualifications, and hiring practices. Performs and assists with the daily functions of the human resources office with responsibilities for assigned divisions in the following functional areas: onboarding, policy implementation, hiring, benefits and leave administration, transactions, classification and pay
