Working as a Co-Producer and Talent Executive for the CMA’s three television properties for the past 15 years, Traci has spent her career working in Talent Management. In addition to the CMA productions, she has also freelanced for other television specials such as the GRAMMY Awards, Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, Miley's New Year's Eve, Billboard Music Awards, NHL All Star & Winter Classic games, and the Canadian Country Music Awards – always in the Talent Department. Traci has mastered the nuances that come with working in Artist Relations, as well as honed her organizational and project management skills. Her leadership style exudes both confidence and competency. She recognizes that each production is different and therefore requires ongoing flexibility and creative problem solving, as well as clear and constant communication with both internal and external partners.
