Support and advocate for people in substance abuse treatment, following them throughout their 1st year at least. Helping them to obtain anything they may need to lead a successful, drug free lifestyle.Hosting self help groups for participants

Acknowledges purchase orders and updates delivery information in SAP systemReceives follow-up (expedite) requests from sales and other area to obtain status, shipping, and tracking information on PO.Researches product/supplier PO information and contacts suppliers to obtain status information to update delivery dates within SAPEnters supplier tracking information on product and/or supplier PO.Creates, administers, and expedites customer drop-ship orders.Creates, administers, and expedites customer generic orders.Works with members of AP to resolve discrepancies on sales invoices and/or PO’s.Works with receiving and other warehouse personnel to move product through receipt to shipment process.Monitor, expedite and update open PO reports and validate material is being processed to meet delivery commitments.Proactively communicates delivery issues in a manner to support and improve customer experience with Allied.Reviews MRP planning exception reports weekly and takes action to pull-in, push-out or cancel excessive scheduled receipts with supplier where appropriateWorks together with Sales and Suppliers to execute order expedites.
