Interaction with clients & peers is carried out in a professional & businesslike manner:• Oversee/maintain CEO's schedule• Handle travel arrangements for CEO (to include Visa requirements, etc.)• Schedule & compile packets for bi-weekly & monthly department leadership meetings• Prepare/submit CEO’s expense reports as required following meetings, travel, etc.• Code & route invoices to CEO for approval & A/P processing• Ensure department expenditures stay within the allocated budget• Prepare org charts and/or PowerPoint presentations for department/company meetings• Plan & organize department meetings, team building activities & holiday parties• Receive/direct in-coming phone calls & correspondence• Type/mail out-going correspondence• Complete onboarding & offboarding processes• Procure office supplies for CEO & departmental associates
