Board Certified Behavior Analyst trained in the field of applied behavior analysis, using data to lead decision-making and training with the intent of modifying socially significant behaviors. Most recently, provided direct support, supervision, and caregiver trainings via telehealth and in clinic, school, and home settings to increase quality of life for individuals with autism as a single diagnosis and co-morbidity. Represented multi-state interests as part of the clinical implementation team to introduce and pilot a practice management software, ensuring that all parts of the system are compliant with state regulations. Lead of a project to improve and standardize new hire training while transferring all practice materials to an electronic platform.
