Have worked in the care industry for the past 15 year which I have a strong passion for. I have experience working in Dementia care , end of life care which I take pride in and feel honoured that I am there for residents and their families at such a painful time. I have NVQ 2 AND 3 IN health and social care working my way up from a care assistant to senior carer and now starting my journey in a management role . I am at my happiest when I am sharing my knowledge with new care staff and helping them to be the best they can be . I love what I do and feel every resident that is cared for should be treated with the dignity and respect they deserve at all times.
