 Provide analyses and programmatic support to government APMT&E(s), LTE, and GFTD. Develop and manage staffing plans in support of Program Office budget reviews and staffing requirements. Maintain cognizance over all aspects of test program funding. Key member of strategic planning team for facilities requirements related to all phases of program office operations.  Provide direct business and management support to the CH-53K ITT while assisting with day-to-day operations including development and implementation of policies, processes and procedures. Transition Coordinator assisting with all phases of the Integrated Test Team (ITT) transition to PAXR in support of the CH-53K ITT. Maintain Transition Spreadsheet including all transition related scheduling and tracking of critical information. Facilitate monthly transition briefing and all staffing related data requests. Develop and maintain the PMA-261 CH-53K ITT new hire orientation package. Coordinate transition of phones, computer MACs, installation of new jacks, printer set ups etc. Coordinate and process RTPS account requests including Non-NISP Investigations and SAAR-N submittals. Attend numerous management and technical meetings in support of the T&E IPT and ITT. Interface across the program team as well as with external organizations. Responsible for coordinating physical and dial-in meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, meeting note taking, and assembling brief inputs. Schedule travel related requirements and voucher processing with Defense Travel Services (DTS).  Process visit requests and clearance authorizations via JPAS and BASICS II.
