Perform venipunctures and finger sticks, process medical laboratory tests and document results for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. Follow all CLIA and COLA requirements and regulations. Serve as a back-up for clinical team members as needed and crossed trained to work Patient Services.

• Perform drive set-up• Donor greeting and customer service• Collection set labeling, processing and packing blood• Perform daily function checks, assemble and maintain supplies and equipment• Record donor medical health history • Conduct mini health exam including vitals• Sterilize and prep area of phlebotomy• Venipuncture with 16 gauge needle • Evaluate reactions to phlebotomy and provide assistance based on need
