Process weekly Hourly payroll, time adjustments, PAA/Vaca request. Valid date time entry with payroll journals. Run time management reports and disperse to management team. Monitor accrual usage and report to supervisors.

Process all direct and in-direct payables, issue PO’s for vendors, initiate new vendors, maintain monthly spreadsheet (ICR codes), monitor and maintain monthly tax spreadsheet, process all corporate incoming mail (includes distribution), process deductions and short pays, freight bills, log and process credits, resolve quantity and standard pricing issues, reconcile vendor statements, Customer service, Filing, Invoicing, Debits and credits, match POD, Voids and discrepancies.
